The project is the refurbishment of an existing retail unit. The works to the external fabric of the building included the replacement of the rear cladding, and the over-cladding of the existing roof to increase ‘U’ values and the upgrading of the existing roof-lights.

The interior of the unit was completely stripped out and the internal fabric brought back to Retail rental market standard and a mezzanine was installed to the Tenant’s requirements. Externally the car park was re-surfaced and new lighting installed to match that on the new extension to the Retail Park.
