This project involves the insertion of a new mezzanine floor to create an additional lettable floor area of circa 10,000sqft. Further works involve the reconfiguration and refurbishment of the atrium at ground floor level to provide a multi-functional space which could host a variety of events. The atrium roof over ground floor level will be re-designed around the existing Grade I listed structure to enhance the natural daylight into the space and provide a natural source of ventilation.
